Discussing the Terms and Signing the Purchase and Sale Contract
The next day after viewing the property, you can discuss all the terms of purchase and sign a contract of sale.
The official document is written in English and Turkish. It must contain complete and reliable information about the seller, buyer, a detailed payment plan (for installments or loans), rights and obligations, deadlines for investment in construction.
It also specifies furniture, white goods, public facilities (infrastructure) of complex, also penalties for both parties in case of violation of contractual provisions and other legal nuances.

The Application for TAPU
When making full payment for the property, the manager of Realista Turkey submits an application for registration of a TAPU (A Turkish title deed, known in Turkey as a TAPU) in the name of the new owner to the state cadastral office.
As a rule, it takes 1-2 workdays from the submission of an official application to the issuance of the main document of the owner in Turkey.
Immediately after receiving TAPU, individual electricity and water meters are reissued in your name, which takes no more than 2-3 hours.
If you need credit, so you need 8-10 working days, since the period from applying for a credit is 3-4 days (sometimes a little longer if you have to dispute the expert cost when it’s lower than expected).
Only then you can apply for TAPU registration, which will be encumbered until the loan is finished.
