The next day after viewing the property, you can discuss all the terms of purchase and sign a contract of sale.

If you need credit, so you need 8-10 working days, since the period from applying for a credit is 3-4 days (sometimes a little longer if you have to dispute the expert cost when it’s lower than expected).
Only then you can apply for TAPU registration, which will be encumbered until the loan is finished.
